Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide expert support for our Vehicle Integration System product. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation, providing technical support to customers and internal teams, and collaborating with our Engineering Team to ensure seamless integration of the system.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and Confirm System Functionality: Research and validate the current functionality of the Vehicle Integration System Logic Tool, including its interaction with Logic Blocks and Vehicle features.
- Develop Customer-Facing Documentation: Create comprehensive help documentation detailing the fundamental workings of the logic tool, including technical documents and videos.
- Develop Customer Application Examples: Collaborate with the Engineering Team to develop customer application examples that demonstrate the use of the logic tool to meet specific application needs.
- Integrate Help Information: Work with our Intelligence Software Team and Tech Team to integrate help information into the Logic Tool and web resources.
- Train and Educate: Collaborate with the Vehicle Conversion Advisory Service (VCAS) Team and our Tech Team to make the examples available to customers and educate the VCAS Team on available resources.
- Training Opportunities: There may be opportunities to deliver training on the Vehicle Integration System product across Europe, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
- Technical Writing: Strong experience in technical writing and documentation.
- Programming Skills: Understanding of basic programming principles.
- Video Editing: Experience with video screen capture and editing.
- Electrical Integration: Knowledge of electrical integration of vehicle conversions.
- Automotive Industry: Strong experience in the automotive industry.
- Degree Qualified Engineer: Degree qualified engineer with a strong understanding of technical principles.
