Salary: £90k - £100k + benefits

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance professional to lead our Compliance function and oversee the management of regulatory risks. As Head of Compliance and AML, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Compliance Monitoring Plan to ensure the company's compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Provide ongoing Compliance advice to the Board and assist with the firm's Risk Appetite Statement, Operational Risk and Liquidity Risk Management programmes.
  3. Review the adequacy of EDD, CDD, KYC and KYB processes and provide ongoing assessment of Financial Crime risks facing the company.
  4. Manage and develop a team of Compliance professionals to ensure the effective implementation of Compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements:

We are looking for a senior Compliance specialist with experience gained within the Investment Management arena. You will have a proven track record of senior stakeholder engagement, team management and development, and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
