Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in developing our palliative rehabilitation services and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists to deliver high-quality care to patients in our in-patient hospice, outpatient department, and community.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and agencies to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Contribute to the development of our palliative rehabilitation services, including the design and delivery of programs and services.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate qualification in physiotherapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Proven experience in palliative care and rehabilitation, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of palliative care.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
