Job Title: Mathematics Curriculum Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Mathematics Curriculum Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the development of an outstanding Trust Maths curriculum and lead the Maths faculty in one of our Trust Schools.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading curriculum development and implementation, with a strong focus on improving student outcomes. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high-quality Maths curriculum, working closely with teachers and other stakeholders to ensure its effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Maths curriculum that meets the needs of all students
  • Lead the Maths faculty in a Trust School, providing guidance and support to teachers
  • Collaborate with other subject leaders to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum across the Trust
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Maths curriculum, making recommendations for improvement
  • Work with teachers to develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning resources
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Mathematics education, with experience of leading curriculum development and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers and other stakeholders
  • A proven track record of improving student outcomes in Mathematics
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum design and implementation, with the ability to develop and maintain a high-quality Maths curriculum
