About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing projects and work packages, ensuring that costs are accurately captured, analyzed, and controlled.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and issue of subcontract documentation
  • Quantity surveying duties in respect of managing projects and work packages
  • Liaise with design, construction, and supply chain teams to capture, analyze, and control cost
  • Collaborative work with the client to ensure business requirements are met
  • Undertake such other duties, training, and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent
  • Working towards or have chartered membership of a recognized institution
  • Experience in utilities/civil engineering/MEICA sectors
  • NEC3/4 Experience
