Entry-Level Business Analyst

As an Entry-Level Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating operational gaps, assessing systems, and implementing IT solutions to enhance business efficiency.

Reporting to a Business Delivery Partner, you will collaborate with various teams to achieve key objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the business to analyze current and future business processes, identifying gaps and potential solutions.
  • Determine suitable IT solutions that align with business needs.
  • Act as a liaison between the business, external partners, and the internal IT department.
  • Ensure that projects align with the requirements and expectations of the business.

Additional Duties:

  • Assist senior Analysts and Delivery Partners in project scoping and management.
  • Gather and analyze information regarding existing business processes and challenges.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of system capabilities.
  • Identify and engage relevant stakeholders for each project, providing them with key updates.
  • Work closely with project sponsors to define and scope project objectives.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to gather feedback on services, functions, or products.
  • Utilize data modeling techniques to analyze findings and propose strategic and operational improvements.
  • Assess opportunities and potential risks associated with your recommendations.
  • Identify necessary processes and technologies to implement your suggestions.
  • Communicate the advantages of your recommendations across departments, addressing any concerns.
  • Create detailed specification documentation for development teams.
  • Produce comprehensive reports and documentation to support your findings and present to stakeholders as needed.
  • Support teams in implementing recommended changes and resolving any arising issues.
