- Analytical Skills: Good analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to evaluate data to identify discrepancies.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills, prioritisation and organisation skills, and a customer service ethic.
- Technical Skills: Good IT application skills, including Excel, and knowledge of the UK energy industry, including metering and the retail environment.
