About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of dedicated and enthusiastic support workers, providing 24-hour assistance to the remarkable individuals residing at our service. The individuals we support have diverse needs, including Epilepsy, Downs Syndrome, Verbal, Visual and Learning Difficulties, Autism, Bipolar, Dementia, and several require mobility assistance via wheelchairs. Our teams are trained in essential areas such as moving and positioning, medication management, epilepsy care, and the care certificate.

The individuals we support engage in a variety of activities weekly, including music therapy, swimming, shopping, dining out, movie nights, karaoke sessions, and enjoying a sensory room filled with stimulating music and activities.

Additionally, you will have experience working with individuals who present behaviors that necessitate intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life.

You should be comfortable using basic IT systems required for the role (training will be provided). A professional qualification in Health and Social Care, such as Nursing, Social Work, SVQ Level 3 with supervisory units (Scotland), or Care Management Level 3 (England) is essential.
