Job Title: FMCG Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Pioneer Selection. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement repairs or replacements as necessary
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
