Key Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of the Corporate and Commercial legal team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Counsel & Compliance Director. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the management of legal risks within the Ki Group.
  • Providing strategic leadership and ensuring the effective utilization of in-house legal resources.
  • Advising on corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Managing corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, particularly those related to our insurance operations.
  • Collaborating with external legal counsel to ensure comprehensive legal support.
