About the Role

Pontoon Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team in a hybrid role. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality content that promotes the perception and reputation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Write and edit complex communications content for various channels, ensuring clarity and consistency of message
  • Provide corporate affairs input to support project delivery and identify emerging risks to protect our reputation and interests
  • Manage and support the build of information for our GenAI colleague solution, focusing on copywriting skills and content creation
  • Take complex HR content and simplify language and readability, translating it into a word document for online template upload
Requirements
  • Experience in content strategy, communications, or a related field
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice
  • Experience with AI tools and online templates (Amaze or similar)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
