Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial growth, improve sales forecasting, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Automation: Lead automation projects to track key performance indicators, standardize reporting, and create automated dashboards.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the commercial team, facilitate joint business planning, and conduct commercial needs analysis.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training initiatives to enhance the skills of the commercial team.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content on sales analytics, revenue growth management, and supply chain forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Extensive relevant experience in FMCG/beverage sectors or consulting roles focused on sales excellence.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Skills: Proficient in sales forecasting software, analytics tools, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
