Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Cluster Revenue Manager to enhance our Head Office team. This role is pivotal in shaping the financial success of our property cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to create and implement the annual budget for your assigned cluster of properties.
  • Engage with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on commercial strategies.
  • Manage inventory and booking channels while analyzing market intelligence reports daily.
  • Develop effective pricing strategies through interaction with our Revenue Management System (RMS), IDeaS.
  • Participate in various projects aimed at driving revenue growth, including the launch of new properties.

Reporting Structure:

The Cluster Revenue Manager will report directly to the Company Commercial Director.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Revenue Management at a similar scale.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with RMS IDeaS, rate shopping, and GDS/channel management tools.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI is a plus.
  • Exceptional team management and leadership abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in launching new properties is advantageous.
