About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Epsom Hospital. As a Staff Nurse on our Swift Ward, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent nursing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to clinical guidelines and standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participate in education, training, and research to enhance clinical practice and patient care.
  • Support the development of an enhanced care bay for surgical patients, working closely with colleagues in critical care.
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Adult Branch Nurse qualification.
  • Knowledge of current clinical and professional nursing issues relating to the specialty.
  • Understanding of Clinical Audit and the principles of Clinical Governance.
