About the Role:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly turnover targets of £200k with a gross margin of £20k.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with groundworkers, concrete plants, builders merchants, and housebuilders to generate new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business leads and partnerships.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions.
- Proven sales experience in the aggregates or waste removal industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth and revenue.
- A competitive salary of up to £40,000, plus uncapped commission of circa £7,500 in the first year.
- A company pickup/truck or £6,000 allowance and benefits package.
