Business Development Manager Opportunity

Elite Employee Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help execute the company's corporate sales strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing the business to new markets, executing the wider sales strategy, and managing initial accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aerospace and defence sectors.
  3. Manage initial accounts and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  4. Provide commercial awareness and costing expertise to support business development initiatives.
Requirements
  1. 5 years' experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Hands-on experience in introducing new business within the aerospace and defence sectors, or in the chemical manufacturing industry.
  3. Strong technical sales experience in the chemicals and industrial markets.
