About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Ryobi Aluminium Casting (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality automotive components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and program CNC machines to produce complex components
  • Set up and optimize machining methods and tooling for various materials
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards
  • Perform complex machining repairs on Die moulds and manufacture EDM electrodes
Requirements
  • Time-served machinist with experience in manual machining and CNC programming
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively on own initiative and contribute to a team environment
