This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced solicitor to take on a varied caseload and contribute to the firm's continued success.

About the Role

This OL/PL Lawyer position will involve handling a caseload of pre- and post-litigated fast-track OL/PL cases from inception to completion. As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to work on multi-track cases, developing your skills and expertise in the process.

Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor/CILEx with 1+ years PQE
  • Non-qualified applicants with significant experience may also be considered
  • Previous experience managing a litigated caseload of fast-track OL/PL cases from inception to completion is essential
  • Proven billing record handling a litigated caseload and a tenacious attitude towards the work
  • Knowledge of 'Proclaim' case management system is beneficial
