Job Title: Freelance Construction

About the Role:
Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a skilled Freelance Construction professional to join their team. As a Freelance Construction specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction matters on site, ensuring health and safety protocols are in place, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Project Overview:
The project involves the construction of a new storage facility for a leading storage brand. The facility will be designed and delivered by our client, who has secured a £10m project. As a Freelance Construction professional, you will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all construction matters on site
- Ensure health and safety protocols are in place
- Maintain high-quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven track record on large steel frame led projects, ideally within the industrial/storage sectors
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certifications
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
