We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Research Department in Worthing. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for research, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role will involve coordinating and supporting a range of clinical trials, including local academic studies and international multi-centre commercial clinical trials. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment and follow-up of clinical trial participants, maintaining national monitoring standards, and adhering to the principles of Good Clinical Practice in research.

The successful candidate will have a degree-level qualification or relevant experience within portfolio specialties, a GCP certificate, and research experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support clinical trials, including recruitment and follow-up of participants
  • Maintain national monitoring standards and adhere to Good Clinical Practice
  • Develop and implement research protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with research teams and stakeholders to achieve research goals
Person Specification:
  • Registered Nurse with a degree-level qualification or relevant experience
  • GCP certificate and research experience
