Radiology Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Radiology Receptionist. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

1. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Process and manage radiology requests, prioritizing work and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
3. Book patient appointments, utilizing in-depth knowledge of appointment booking protocols to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling.
4. Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of services.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
6. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental and Trust targets, participating in performance monitoring and quality improvement initiatives.
7. Provide guidance and support to colleagues, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a good understanding of appointment booking protocols and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
