Job Description

**Job Title:** Supply Chain Administrator

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Location:** Office-based

**Salary:** £SC4 is working with a global manufacturer to hire an experienced administrator that has experience working in supply chain, procurement, production or buying teams.

**Job Summary:** As the Supply Chain Administrator, you'll take away all the administration tasks from the buying manager such as processing and uploading purchase orders, creating warehouse receipts, chasing deliveries from global suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create and manage warehouse receipts to track and document inventory transactions.
  • Perform data entry and generate reports via Excel, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain comprehensive inventory records for all stock.
  • Communicate with suppliers to chase deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure timely receipt of goods.

**Requirements:**

  • Administration background in production, purchasing, or supply chain.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
