The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in commercial property sales, exceptional negotiation abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of the flexible workspace sector, thriving in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Development:
· Strategically identify and engage clients seeking flexible workspace solutions.
· Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, serving as a trusted consultant for their workspace requirements.
· Conduct tours of various flexible workspaces, showcasing features and advantages tailored to client specifications.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of the Plié sales team.
- Establish and communicate a clear sales strategy that aligns with Plié's overarching business goals.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to meet targets and excel in performance, while evaluating team effectiveness.
- Accountable for the overall performance and outcomes of the sales team.
Market Research and Strategic Analysis:
· Keep abreast of market dynamics, competitive trends, and new opportunities within the flexible workspace industry.
· Analyze market data to identify potential sites and properties that align with Plié's strategic objectives.
· Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on market conditions and workspace alternatives for clients.
Negotiation and Transaction Management:
· Negotiate lease terms, agreements, and pricing with property owners and clients.
· Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and legal standards.
· Facilitate smooth deal closures, ensuring an effortless transition for clients into their new workspaces.
Client Coordination and Satisfaction:
· Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and setup for clients.
· Monitor client satisfaction levels, promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
· Work alongside the marketing team to promote available spaces and attract prospective clients.
Networking and Community Involvement:
· Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.
· Engage with local business communities to promote Plié's services and explore partnership possibilities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline.
· At least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably with a focus on flexible workspaces.
· Proven success in sales leadership, demonstrating a track record of surpassing targets in competitive environments.
· In-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate landscape, particularly in the flexible workspace domain.
· Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
