Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Clear Line Limited. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Take overall responsibility for the project, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of project team members, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Ensure that all project activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure that project objectives are met.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including reports, minutes, and records, are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, and Asana.
