Key Responsibilities:
- Goods Receipt and Storage: Receive and store goods from suppliers, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient storage.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or stock issues.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous Warehouse Experience: Proven experience working in a warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of logistics and inventory management.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry boxes up to approximately 20Kgs each, with a strong focus on safety and ergonomics.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in basic computer skills, including spreadsheets and email, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Communication and Time Management: Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
