Health and Safety Manager

RGH-Global Limited is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join their team. This is a permanent position based in London, with a hybrid work arrangement of 60/40.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all Health and Safety initiatives for the organisation. This includes ensuring that the company meets all its statutory health and safety obligations.

The Health and Safety Manager will report to the Director of Property and Workplace and will be responsible for developing and implementing safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and promoting employee health and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a wide range of knowledge on industry best practices, legislation, and how to integrate these into an office culture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement Health and Safety policies and procedures
  2. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  3. Collaborate with the Workplace Operations team to ensure effective implementation of safety programs
  4. Communicate with external agencies such as HSE, EHOs, and Fire and Rescue Services
  5. Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 requirements
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience within the Health and Safety industry, ideally within a professional services environment
  2. A NEBOSH certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (Level 3) or equivalent qualification
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
