Job Title: Construction Project Administrator

Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 per annum

Location: HQ in Armagh (Travel to Europe)

Blackfox Solutions is collaborating with a leading entity in the construction industry, looking to enhance their workforce in response to ongoing expansion within the European market. They are currently in search of a proactive Construction Project Administrator. This position is primarily site-oriented, covering various locations and providing crucial assistance to the Project Manager and other office-based personnel within their Contracting Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Project Manager in the planning and execution of projects efficiently.
  • Maintain and oversee project schedules, ensuring timely updates.
  • Organize, attend, and engage in project meetings.
  • Document and follow up on significant actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Communicate any project modifications from the site to the Operations/QS Manager and Contracts Manager.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to clarify project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Manage document control in line with site project needs, including the utilization of BIM360.

Requirements:
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with BIM360 is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Capability to take ownership of tasks and work autonomously or collaboratively.
  • Basic understanding of construction principles.
  • A full, clean driving license is necessary.
