Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of skilled workers to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute construction projects within defined timelines and budget constraints.
- Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, fostering a culture of safety among the team.
- Ensure that work meets the highest standards of quality and complies with industry regulations and contractual requirements.
- Efficiently allocate resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with the project team, subcontractors, and management to provide regular updates on project progress.
- Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the project, implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Relevant certifications, such as SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work on civil engineering projects.
