Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute construction projects within defined timelines and budget constraints.
  • Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, fostering a culture of safety among the team.
  • Ensure that work meets the highest standards of quality and complies with industry regulations and contractual requirements.
  • Efficiently allocate resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels with the project team, subcontractors, and management to provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the project, implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Relevant certifications, such as SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on civil engineering projects.
