We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to join our team at Danny Sullivan Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of box culverts and ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of construction personnel to ensure the successful completion of projects
  • Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks to ensure all team members are aware of project objectives and safety protocols
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Develop and implement project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Gold / Black Card
  • SSSTS / SMSTS certification
  • Previous experience as a senior construction supervisor or site manager
  • One working reference
  • Right to Work in the UK
