- Portfolio Segmentation: Segment the portfolio by risk-related variables to identify emerging trends, concentrations, and potential new risks.
- Analytics and Reporting: Produce clear and easy-to-understand analytics to drive key points home and support business direction setting.
- Commercial Acumen: Apply commercial acumen to interpret results and produce actionable recommendations to optimize risk management.
- Support Affordability Strategies: Support the refinement of affordability strategies to ensure responsible lending practices.
- Data Analysis: Analyze retro data to inform lending strategy, identify predictive features, and set our risk appetite.
- Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a Credit Risk Manager role or similar.
- Skills: Strong understanding of financial analysis and risk assessment, excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance, exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Industry Experience: Experience within the Business Services industry, preferably in a leadership or management role.
