Credit Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Manager to join our team at Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Credit Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and mitigating credit risk across our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse data on low, medium, and high-risk customers to identify potential credit risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Review and validate automated scorecards to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Participate in credit review meetings with senior leadership to discuss customer creditworthiness and industry trends.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of credit exposure levels and ensure regular meetings with credit and senior credit underwriters.
- Develop and present reports and approval requests to the board, including analysis and commentary on credit risk trends.
- Proven experience in credit risk management for a large business.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with diverse personalities.
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement positive change.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to manage emotions of team members.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate others to achieve high levels of customer service and employee satisfaction.
