- Proactively engage with existing customers to bolster the product change pipeline and offer reminders about upcoming product expiration dates
- Efficiently input, update, and maintain data across internal and external systems
- Take charge of managing applications and handling relevant tasks independently
- Pursue outstanding documentation, reports, and information necessary for application progression
- Coordinate valuations and liaise with valuers to ensure seamless processes
- Conduct final checks before application completion
- 1 year or more Office Administration experience
- Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner
- Resilient and comfortable with a fast pace
- Ability to adapt and be flexible
- Solutions-focused
- Collaborative and a strong team player
