  • Manage product change mortgage applications from start to finish
  • Collaborate with internal departments and Mortgage Brokers to update them on case progress and resolve any arising queries
  • Proactively engage with existing customers to bolster the product change pipeline and offer reminders about upcoming product expiration dates
  • Efficiently input, update, and maintain data across internal and external systems
  • Take charge of managing applications and handling relevant tasks independently
  • Pursue outstanding documentation, reports, and information necessary for application progression
  • Coordinate valuations and liaise with valuers to ensure seamless processes
  • Conduct final checks before application completion
Requirements:
  • 1 year or more Office Administration experience
  • Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner
  • Resilient and comfortable with a fast pace
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible
  • Solutions-focused
  • Collaborative and a strong team player
