Night Reception Team Member

We are seeking a Night Receptionist to join our team at Locke, a design-led aparthotel that creates spaces where individuals can be themselves. As a key member of our night reception team, you will be the face of the Locke brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Manage reservations and queries online, by email, on the phone, and in person with a can-do attitude.
- Be a friendly face and go-to person for guests, contractors, and visitors, providing information on local attractions and goings-on.
- Support the Assistant General Manager in maintaining high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the night reception desk.
