Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective compliance programs to ensure that our organization is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance matters, including training and education.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure that our organization is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure that our organization is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our organization is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate compliance, with a focus on healthcare and non-profit organizations.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with regulatory issues, including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and fraud and abuse laws.
- Background in coding and reimbursement systems.
