We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Consultant to join our Environment & Health team in Ramboll's Manchester or Leeds office. As a key member of our national team, you will be responsible for planning and supervising environmental and geo-environmental site investigations, including phase 1 and 2 assessments, and providing expert advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Safely plan and undertake intrusive site investigations, and manage projects from inception to interpretative report delivery.
- Environmental Risk Assessments: Conduct environmental risk assessments and detailed quantitative risk assessments, and interpret soil and groundwater analytical data.
- Report Writing: Write reports efficiently and to a high standard, and provide expert advice to clients.
- Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Education: Degree in geology, geography, or environmental discipline.
- Experience: Previous experience of planning and supervising environmental and geo-environmental site investigations.
- Skills: Numerically competent, excellent English communication skills, and competent and efficient report writing skills.
