About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist to join our client's team. As a Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client's products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards. This will involve collaborating with suppliers to ensure pre-shipment quality, owning quality-related issues, and implementing corrective action plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Compliance and Quality: Ensure that all products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure pre-shipment quality and own quality-related issues.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Customer Service and Warranty Support: Provide excellent customer service and support for warranty-related issues.
- New Product Development: Support the Product and Design teams in bringing new and improved products to market.
Requirements
- Formal Qualifications in Quality Management are desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrable track record of successes within a similar role.
- Relevant achievements and experience working within a manufacturing business.
- Ability to use metrics to understand performance across relevant business functions.
- Proactive approach to driving changes that enable continuous improvement.
