Specialist nurse consultants are utilized by General Practitioners and Clinical Commissioning Groups across the UK to facilitate the adoption of local or national best clinical practice guidelines through clinical audits, patient assessments, reporting, and feedback to practice personnel, as well as practical change management strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:Experience in primary care as a Practice Nurse is essential.
- This organization has also established a Nurse Advisor Progression Pathway to ensure ongoing development and advancement opportunities for all nursing staff.
This role will require travel to various practices in the region, with occasional hybrid working arrangements. The starting salary is competitive, reaching up to £50,700, along with bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
