About the Role

This is a key position in enhancing the sales, community engagement, operational, and financial performance of the centre. Oxford Innovation Space operates a network of innovation centres that provide flexible workspace, including offices and workshop facilities, and business support services to companies throughout the UK. Our clients are start-ups, high-growth SMEs, investors, and public sector organisations.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our centre operations, drive sales growth, and foster strong community engagement. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in centre management, sales, and business development, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement centre operations strategies to drive sales growth and improve financial performance
  • Lead sales and business development efforts to attract new clients and retain existing ones
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive centre growth and reputation
  • Manage centre operations, including facilities, services, and staff
  • Monitor and report on centre performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
