Job Title: 3rd Line Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3rd Line Engineer to join our team at Leidos. As a 3rd Line Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and solutions to our customers. You will work closely with our 1st and 2nd line teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide expert advice on infrastructure and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support and solutions to customers
  • Work closely with 1st and 2nd line teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide expert advice on infrastructure and technology solutions
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation
  • Handle escalated issues from 1st and 2nd line support
  • Investigate and resolve advanced hardware and software problems
  • Manage system upgrades, installations, and configurations

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, including OS build, AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO
  • Excellent Linux system administration skills, including Ubuntu and CentOS
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP and networking technologies, including load balancing and firewalls
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft stack technologies, including SharePoint, Skype for Business/Teams, MS SQL, and MS System Centre
  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
