Job Title: Scaffolding Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in scaffolding, ready to lead and manage high-profile projects with efficiency and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage scaffolding operations across various commercial and residential sites in London.
  2. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and client specifications.
  3. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all scaffolding works.
  4. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality of work.
  5. Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
  6. Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the scaffolding industry, with a strong track record of managing large-scale projects.
  2. Previous experience with a scaffolding contractor is essential.
  3. A stable CV demonstrating long-term positions and commitment in previous roles.
  4. Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, health and safety regulations, and best practices.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
