About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Yard Supervisor to join our team at B&E Boys Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Preparation: Ensure the business premises are secure and ready for use at the start of each working day, including the upkeep of vehicles and plant.
  • Material Management: Communicate with sites and the Company Buyer to plan and arrange the allocation of vehicles, new and reclaimed materials, taking into account staff travel requirements.
  • Site Visits: Make essential deliveries, collections, and assist with site set up and clear ups, redistributing equipment and materials as needed.
  • Storage and Recycling: Control and maintain the upkeep of our storage and recycling yard.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise labour to assist with duties when required.
