ROV Superintendent Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ROV Superintendent to oversee the safe and efficient execution of our underwater projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising the operation of our cutting-edge ROV systems and ensuring that all tasks are performed according to internal and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the operation of ROV systems and ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
  • Ensure that all equipment and devices for the ROV system are in good working condition and meet all safety standards.
  • Update ROV system documentation and maintain accurate records of ROV logs, reports, and quality of service.
  • Act as liaison with vessels and onshore ROV department, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Evaluate ROV systems maintenance schedules and advise onshore support on technical matters or procedures.

Requirements:

  • Formal technical and/or administrative education.
  • Nine years of total experience from ROV operations, three as a ROV Supervisor.
  • Documented Imca based competence log for ROV Supervisor.
  • Fluent in English verbally and in writing.
