Job Description

Job Title: Regional Branch Manager

Job Summary:

Voyage Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Regional Branch Manager to lead our DCA Office in Powys. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for individuals with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans, conducting care needs assessments, and recruiting and inducting new colleagues.
  • Lead a team to ensure individuals gain more independence in their daily lives and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to provide comprehensive support services.
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the on-call rota, subject to change depending on the needs of the service.

  • Registered Branch Manager with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing a team and developing staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
