About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Regional Product Manager to join our Category Management Braking IAM team at ZF Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the product portfolio for Brake Engineering and Private Label Business in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product range development plans to achieve defined KPI targets and business requirements in the Independent Aftermarket.
- Act as the regional aftermarket product owner to support the front-line sales team and ensure aftermarket requirements are fulfilled.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define commercial product requirements and position products in the right customer segment for financial success.
- Maintain product master data and support operational planning and strategic planning processes.
- Drive product coverage and market launch targets, and contribute to the creation of marketing materials and product differentiations.
Requirements
- University degree in a business or technical field.
- Mid-term experience in product management, specification, and development processes.
- Desirable knowledge of ZF products, footprint, structures, and processes.
- Strategic and analytic thinking, with the ability to execute product strategy targets.
- Negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
- Drive for results and execution.
