About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Coordinator at Care UK. As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help residents to remain as active and independent as possible
  • Identify residents' unique goals and implement personalized activity plans
  • Support residents in exploring new interests, engaging in physical activities, and enjoying themselves in a stimulating and homely environment
  • Work with families, residents, and local communities to create meaningful experiences for residents
  • Provide a sense of fun, flexibility, and creative thinking to provide new experiences and activities to meet a diverse range of interests
  • Offer a mature, sensible outlook showing commitment, initiative, and desire to enhance the lives of residents
