**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and person-centred Relief Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide flexible support to our service users with a range of support needs, including learning disabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide person-centred support to service users on a flexible relief basis, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist service users in the administration and monitoring of prescribed medication, in accordance with our Medication Policy.
  • Enable service users to develop their skills and confidence in areas such as personal care, social skills, and daily living skills.
  • Support service users in maintaining the safety and comfort of their homes.
  • Promote the self-esteem, happiness, and emotional health of service users.

**Requirements**

Experience in a similar role is essential, and an understanding of positive behaviour support is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
