About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of Occupational Therapists, providing clinical oversight and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Occupational Therapy team, providing clinical oversight and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff members.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Recognized full qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Minimum 3+ years post-grad experience in a community physical health setting.
  • Experience in supporting junior staff members and working with complex cases.
  • Strong evidence of multidisciplinary team working approach.
  • Experience with outcome measures, audit, and evidence-based practice.
  • HCPC registration.
