About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Manager to join our team at Trinny London. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, driving commercial growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and market share in the beauty industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including buying and merchandising teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the retail landscape.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and visual merchandising, to create and execute in-store promotions and events.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior National Account Manager or National Account Manager in the beauty industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to drive sales growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
