Swimming Teachers Wanted at Freedom Leisure
We are seeking passionate and qualified swimming teachers to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a swimming teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering our swimming lessons program, teaching children and adults of all ages and abilities.
About the Role
- Teach swimming lessons to children and adults, following our established program and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing feedback on their child's progress and development.
- Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver a high-quality swimming program.
Requirements
- Level 2 swimming teaching qualification (training can be provided for the right candidate).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Enhanced DBS check.
