Key responsibilities include:

  • Teaching swimming to children and adults as part of our swimming lesson programme
  • Communicating with parents and guardians about their child's development and progression
  • Assisting in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, ensuring their safety and discipline
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our customers
